Cancellation Policy

1. One night deposit required with a valid Credit Card.
2. For 1-3 nights, a full refund if you cancel before 7 days of your reservation date.
3. For 4+ nights, a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of your reservation date.
4. If you cancel less than 7 or 14 days of your reservation date,
   your deposit will be lost and you will be charged for your full stay.
5. If we fully re-book your room for those dates, you will be fully refunded.
6. Reservations made 90 days or more in advance for July and/or August,
   a one night, non-refundable, deposit is required.
