Cancellation Policy

• One night deposit required with a valid Credit Card.
• For 1-3 nights, a full refund if you cancel before 7 days of your reservation date.
• For 4+ nights, a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of your reservation date. 
• If you cancel less than 7 or 14 days of your reservation date,
  your deposit will be lost and you will be charged for your full stay.
• If  we fully re-book your room for those dates, you will be fully refunded,
  minus a $50.00 administration charge.
• Reservations made 90 days or more in advance,
  a one night, non-refundable, deposit is required.
